Under PATA’s Office of Strategy Management (OSM), Strategic Intelligence Centre (SIC) produces many publications in this catalogue, including statistical reports, market studies and occasional papers. Also listed are some of the most useful books, studies and bibliographies published by third party organisations.
Publications purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable.
Publications purchased that are not downloadable (Book, CD, Diskette, or VDO Tape) may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges in case of defective publications. However, before any publications may be returned, the customer must return to PATA, a “Refund Claim Form”.
The “Return Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs PATA that they need such form. To obtain a refund, you must notify PATA within 30-days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the defective publications purchased. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned with defective publications to PATA by regular mail, within 10-days, in order to obtain a refund.
In order to obtain a refund, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to PATA. PATA will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Refund Claim Form” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to PATA. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address and/or mailing address.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
